The first step in documenting a Point-of-Care Learning activity is to specify the date on which you completed your research.

Next, specify the clinical question you researched. A concise question that clearly identifies the subject of your inquiry is all that is required.

After entering your clinical question, select the evidence-based resource you used for your inquiry.

Lastly, select the interventions that resulted from your research. Common interventions are provided, but you may also choose to enter another intervention.

That's it! You will receive 0.5 AMA PRA Category 1™ or 0.5 AAFP Prescribed credits. If you choose to, you may also provide feedback to let the POC Learning sponsor know how your experience went.
