The Continuing Medical Education Program at Tower Health is
requesting a display fee of $750 to exhibit during the following conference:
Planned Vaginal Breech Birth Conference
Friday, September 12th and Saturday, September 13th,
2024
8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
DoubleTree Hotel, Reading, PA
Approximately 150 midwives,
obstetricians, and other birthing team healthcare professionals, from the
Reading, Lehigh, and Philadelphia areas will attend this event.
Due to this being a CME event
displays will be in an area outside of the conference room and vendors may not
have any influence on the educational content of the activity. Advertisements
and promotional materials may not be displayed or distributed in the
educational space at any time. Representatives may attend an educational
activity under the following conditions: they may not engage in sales
activities or discussions while in the room where the activity takes place and
they must remove their company name badges while in the meeting room.
Displays may be set up prior to the
conference start time and remain set up throughout the entire event. A 6ft table and two chairs will be provided,
and representatives are welcome to enjoy breakfast and break refreshments.
Registration online prior to the
conference is required to ensure space.
Payment may be made online with credit card (we do not accept American
