KAFP is the largest medical specialty association in Kansas, representing exclusively family medicine. KAFP is a recipient of the KDHE Immunization Provider Enhancement grant. The goals of the grant:

1. Increase the number of KDHE enrolled vaccination providers.
2. Provide support, quality improvement programs, and resources to KAFP members who are already enrolled vaccination providers.

KSKidsMap University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita

KSKidsMAP is a pediatric mental health access program for physicians and clinicians across the state of Kansas who are treating children and adolescents in their practice for mental health concerns. The pediatric mental health team is comprised of a child and adolescent psychiatrist, child psychologist, pediatrician and a social worker. The goal of KSKidsMAP is to shore up workforce shortage especially in the area of the child and adolescent psychiatry and psychology. KSKidsMAP helps PCPs treat children and adolescents in their practice so children and adolescents get better faster.

Patterson Health Center

Project Access/Central Plains Health Care Partnership

Project Access is a non-profit organization that coordinates access to donated medical care for uninsured, low-income residents of Sedgwick County, Kansas. Along with over 600 physicians who donate care to Project Access patients, there are also 8 hospital systems as well as dentists, optometrists, physical therapists, and many other ancillary services. Enrolled patients receive a prescription card and pay a minimal co-pay for medications at over 85 participating pharmacies. Since the program was established in 1999, there have been over 15,000 patients served and over $250 million in care donated.

Rivercross Healthcare

Rivercross Healthcare is a locally owned hospice that opened in Wichita Kansas in 2009. We serve 13 counties in South Central Kansas and are experts in supporting our rural communities. Our mission is to promote and provide the highest quality of care to those facing end of life and chronic illnesses. We are proud to announce we are expanding our services to include palliative care in the near future!

Scott County Hospital

We are a 25 bed CAH located in Scott City Kansas in Western Kansas. We are approximately 35 miles north of Garden City, KS. We are a progressive community with a new facility (10 years). We employ 5 Family Practice Physicians and 1 Surgeon. We have 7 APP's that take first call in ER. Our physicians rotate weekends and weeknight OB call. We also have specialty providers that come here in outreach from Colorado, Wichita, Salina, Garden City and Hays, KS and include Neurology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Allergy, Urology, Orthopedics, Cardiology and ENT to name a few.
