Objectives
  • 1. Learners will understand the role of nutrition in cancer wellness by explaining how food choices affect individuals with Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia (WM) and describing diet’s impact on cancer terrain factors like blood sugar, inflammation, and gut microbiome balance.
  • 2. Learners will identify and apply principles of health-supportive eating by listing key principles of an anti-inflammatory diet and recognizing harmful foods while selecting nourishing alternatives.
  • 3. Learners will implement practical strategies for a sustainable, healing diet by demonstrating cooking techniques and meal planning for optimal nutrition and integrating seasonal, whole, and culturally relevant foods for overall well-being.
